I now remember what a pain it is to hire new people. I had two interviews today. Number one never showed. I disapprove. I'm waiting on number two right now. I haven't had to do serious interviews since we brought Terrell on back in June at Karen's store. Ugh for needing an assistant manager.

Okay, so interview number 2 restored my faith in people. Not only was the girl 20 minutes early, she gave a really great interview. I've got another 3 tomorrow plus I gotta figure in my industry hire from Lids as well. So that's looking slightly up.

Now if only the AC in my store would start working, things might start to get back to normal.

I'm debating taking this down, cause I really don't have the time to write in it like I used to. But then again, I have threatened that a couple times before, and it still hasn't actually happened.

I guess the biggest thing that has gone on in the past three weeks is that Brandon and I got back together. Not only are we together again, but he moved back to Austin, so I get to hang out with him every day. Big A-Plus to that.  Now that we are both giving each other 100%, things are great, and I want them to stay that way.

Katie and I are definitely planning to move into an apartment in January. Not for sure on where it will be (prolly on Riverside), but should figure that out in the next week or two.

Went to OU weekend with the Honeys. That was tons of fun. Yay for craziness with my girls! Got to meet a couple of the rookies, so that was good stuff too. I really wish that everyone would get over this shit with the Hellraisers though, cause I miss partying with them.

Work is a constant thing these days. I start my official training at La Frontera tomorrow. That will go on for the next two weeks. The only time I'll be at Highland will be for Falliday meeting on Saturday and then Falliday floorset on Sunday. But then I'll be back from La Frontera in time to start working 40 hour weeks for holiday.
Yay money!

So almost three weeks later, I finally have the time to look at my Xanga again.

I really don't have a lot to say. All I do is work.

I just got a promotion at BBW. I am now a Customer Sales Leader. So yay for a pay raise and yay for more hours. Also, I'm gonna start working at Foot Action in a couple weeks. Rod is desperate to have good customer service people as well as someone who has some clue about organizing the back room. So since I'm awesome at both, I told him I would give him a couple hours a week of my time provided he paid me well. So yay for more money.

I've actually being on a cleaning binge recently at home. Last night I completely cleaned off both of my desks, got all of my paperwork filed/organized and cleaned out my closet. There's a small pile of stuff at the foot of my bed that still needs to be attended to, but since I did inventory prep at work all day today, I was burnt out on cleaning. So that pile will be dealt with tomorrow.

When I do get my rare free time, it's generally spent with Katie or the Honeys. And for some reason, I still have not had a Mommy/Asian bonding time. (WTF, ladies? Some bee-otches need to learn how to call people!) So yeah, work is fun, but I miss my girlies!

And that would be my life right now.
